  • Prepares monthly journal entries, such as;
  • Fixed assets depreciation
  • Prepaid expense amortization
  • Payroll related entries
  • Accrual of income and expenses
  • Inventory closing entries
  • Consolidates all books of accounts to complete the financial statements (statement of financial position and statement of comprehensive income).
  • Reviews schedules and reports prepared by Finance Team such as:
  • General Vehicle Data
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Inventories
  • Fixed assets
  • Prepayments
  • Receivable and payable
  • Reviews BIR Returns such as 1601C, 1601E, VAT and Income Tax Return together with the corresponding Alphalist.  
  • Uploads Government remittances thru online payment and Bank Portal (SSS/PHIC/HDMF).
  • With one (1) year of sales working experience in automotive or sales industry.
  • Ability to articulate clearly specific information.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide variety of people.
  • Patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and remain responsive and communicate clearly and effectively under pressure.
  • Good customer and coordination skills, with the ability to organize work schedules.
  • Experience of managing customers/clients.
  • Preferably vocational graduate or college level.
  • Attend all necessary training on both MB and Alpine Motors Corporation as required and recommended.
  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably with experience in Sales (experience in Automotive industry is a plus!)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate well with people at all level
  • Independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with can-do attitude
